Since I've been in the hospital, these are things that have made me smile...
1. Going on a walk in the sunshine (well, being pushed in a wheelchair).
2. Cade sleeping over at the hospital (the bed is very small!)
3. Our date night to tour the NICU and watching a movie
4. Seeing Emma yawn on an ultrasound
5. Eating Milky ways and cherry tomatoes
6. Having lots of family and friends visit
7. Sleeping pills :)
8. Happy nurses
9. Cafe Rio (that my mom brought in)
10. Flowers
11. Still taking the sacrament in the hospital
12. My view from my room (they gave me the best on the floor!)

After looking at your pictures your nurses should be happy to have you. So cheerful after being a patient that long, I'm impressed!
