Cade is such a wonderful husband. That's all I have to say. And that he is so wonderful because he lets me visit my sister in California while he watches all 3 girls by himself for 4 days!
The flying part was so great because of all the alone time I had and time to read books. Of course it was a book on how I can be a better mom to my girls but I had a great time reading in PEACE :).
The trip was so great and Andrew let us have some alone time as well. My favorite was going to the beach and riding beach cruisers along the gorgeous beach front. We got some yummy food down town and did some shopping for fun.
We also had a great time taking the boys to the beach, getting frozen yogurt, taking naps, and hanging out at the house. I love my sister and I love being able to have some time with her even with us growing our families. Maybe someday we'll live closer to each other. But for the time being, I love being able to FaceTime anytime we want and fly to see her about once a year :).

Reese Marie update- Three and a half cutie!
Reesie Roo is 3 and 1/2 now and is such a great little girl! She still is so full of personality and definitely is dramatic, but she has a good heart and knows how to melt you at just the perfect moment. What she loves to do more than anything is play with her sister Emma. She loves playing legos with Emma, playing house with Emma, playing outside with Emma…just anything with Emma!!! She can't wait until Emma gets home from preschool cause 2 hours is just too long to be apart!
She just had a check-up at the Doctors and her percentiles were 44% for height and %25 for weight.
Other things she loves:
-She loves playing outside and exploring but she only likes to jump on the trampoline if she is the ONLY one on it! No bouncing too high :)
-She wants to play baby all the time but she has to be the baby
-Reese would eat cereal and Ramen noodles all day everyday if I let her, but she is very good and trying new things even if she doesn't like them
-She really only has one volume…loud :). She tries so hard to whisper but that skill hasn't been mastered quite yet.
-She gives SUCH good hugs and just when I need it she'll say, "mom, I love you!!" and throw her arms around me.
-Reese loves her cuddles and every night before bed wants Mom or Dad to lay by her and give her scratchies.
-She loves reading books, watching movies, eating fruity gum, and eating her daily vitamin gummy- she always reminds us about that
-She always wears dresses and Minnie Mouse high heels and walks with her hips out. She has always been ahead of her age :)
She is such a joy to our family and we are so grateful for her cute, fun personality!

Nora Lee update- 15 Months.
Our cute Nora is growing up so fast! She is such a happy, joyful, content, smart little girl. She just had her 15 month check-up. I thought I had written a one year post on Nora and apparently I forgot because we were in Disney World during her first birthday.
Even so at her 15 month doctor's check-up Her percentiles were:
50% for weight and 50% for height
A perfect little average.
The doctor was very surprised when he asked how many words she says and I replied "I think about 30."He said, "wow, we expect girls her age to say 4-6. That's amazing."So of course I thought maybe I was exaggerating it a bit so I went home and wrote down all the words she says and I counted 26. Pretty close :). She just loves talking and I love that she can communicate so much to me.
Some things about her:
-She LOVES baby dolls, balls, and dogs more than anything
-She signs "please", "more"and "all done" which helps with our communication a lot
-Nora follows her sisters all around the house and loves to do what they do
-She loves playing pretend at such a young age--rocking her babies, pretending to cook at eat at her play kitchen, and pretend to be puppies with Emma and Reese
-Bath time is one of her absolute favorite parts of her day. We say "bath time!" and she immediately giggles and smiles so big
-Nora wants to spend every waking moment outside playing. She brings me her shoes and wants me to put them on her. Occasionally she will start crying when we put her shoes on and we get in the car to go somewhere instead of going outside to play
-She is a very good sleeper still (always has been) and goes to bed easily
-Nora loves to eat broccoli, bananas, and yogurt and just started feeding herself with a spoon- which she is very happy about
-Teething is about one of the only things that can make this girl sad and grumpy
-She gives the BEST cuddles and hugs and knows when we need them. I love her "ahhhhhh" she does when she goes to give you a hug
-She is such a sweetheart and doesn't like when she does something wrong (like draw all over our walls). She immediately knows when she did something wrong and wants to make you happy
Yep! That about sums up our like Nora Boo. We love her and know she will be an awesome BIG sister someday :).
Some pictures from her first birthday cake:
Other Pictures of our cute girl:
Dad taught her this one- she thinks a bowl is a hat :)
Nora started putting food down her shirt when she didn't want it. Stinker!
She often falls asleep in the car but she transfers to her bed pretty easily. I LOVE those cuddles from the car to the bed!
