Trip to Prescott for the 4th

ON our way to Arizona, we stopped by the Noorda's home in St. George. Scott was one of Cade's mission companions in Detroit and many years later it was fun to catch up with them.

Tara made these ADORABLE outfits for all of the kiddos for the kiddy parade Friday morning. It was super fun to do it. Tara made them all look so cute together!

We took the 4 oldest kiddos to the rodeo and it was a lot of fun! Cade loves the rodeo and we had never been together in our entire marriage...and then we went to two rodeos in two weeks (PG Strawberry Days rodeo).

The annual Prescott parade and Boot race! All of the kids ran in the boot race and had fun. Daddy got 2nd place this year and got his coveted Budweiser trophy :). Emma had to learn the hard lesson that not everyone gets trophies in real life. They seemed to have fun though.

I'm so glad Tamara and Eric and their kiddos could come visit! I love them so much!

 Our hike to the dells was fun! I don't know why we don't make this a regular thing every time we go to Prescott. The kids have sooooo much fun climbing around those big rocks. Fun for kids to be kids.
