Picture overload! But I loved too many of them and Sami let us keep them all. I love how they turned out! Benson was not in the mood for family pics and we even bribed him with lots of gummies. But he did give one or two smiles for us. I love our family so much and glad Cade made me put in the work to find outfits (I HATE that part about it).
No family them this year for costumes. I think those days have been long gone. But Reese, Nora and Lucy all were minions so that was cute! Benson was excited to wear the Dragon costume--the one costume we own that can be used for a boy :).
This was Nora's Fairy Pumpkin she carved/decorated for a school contest.
Fall break was low-key this year. The main thing we did was move rooms around in the house and go through junk and organize things. Reese moved downstairs into the old office/craft room by Emma's room. The office moved upstairs to Lucy/Jane's old room and Jane moved in with Benny upstairs. Lucy moved at the bottom of the stairs with Nora. We had to buy things, get rid of things, build things. paint things. A lot of work but I think it's going to be great. Benson did SO great with moving in with his friend and he did great moving to a big bed. That first night he laid it in and said, "this bed is too big! Dad needs to cut it!" So cute.
Also during the break we made haunted gingerbread houses, went to a new HUGE park, Emma and I went to a BYU football game and we also invited the Folker family over for a Halloween dinner that was a big hit. Their family is a lot of fun. Their 4 year old Nolan is obsessed with Nora and Reese and is the funniest kid. At the end of the break we went with Rachel Bagley to the Witch Fest at Gardner Village. Always a good time. And we only lost Benson for a total of 2 minutes 😬. He wasn't phased at all but my stomach was sick for those 2 minutes!
FALL in Utah. My favorite. This was just going on a walk with Benson and Bear on a path in Cedar Hills. I wish fall lasted longer than a month! It's just too short!
